I started near the back of the field. I warmed up the first mile. I wanted to avoid the problems I had at Moab. It was a training run. I was running about 7:15/ miles until mile 8 or 9. I slowed way down after that, and jogged it in. It's a beautiful course, and I enjoyed it a lot more after I slowed down. I felt great at the end. I jogged another three with some friends in Eden after the race, and went home and did another 2 with the dog. |
