Ran with the Salt Lake Track Club at Highland High. It was a speed workout with some warm-up and cool down. They said it would be hills, which I would have liked better, never really liked the track. Did 10 x 800, the pace was about 6:30. Then I did few laps around Sugarhouse I felt felt great, but I'm still shaking off Saturday's poor performance. I'll redeem myself next year. Watched Cinderella Man and read Runner World and feeling much more inspired...... |
