Ran around the Sugarhouse area. Ran race pace for 6 miles between, 7 to 8 min./ mile. Warmed up and cooled down 3 miles each. I was freezing on the way back, didn't dress warm enough, and it started really cooling off as the sun went down. Felt pretty good the whole way. Need to keep up it up, and I'll be back in shape again. |
