I live in Salt Lake City, Utah. After the birth of my son in 2001 my fitness declined to a pathetic level. I have been running regularly since 2002. I currently run about 35 - 40 miles a week.

Ran D-news Marathon. I thought the course was great. I never ran this before. I think I suffered from some heat exhaustion. I thought I was going to melt. I was in bad shape for about 4 or 5 hours after. They need to start this race earlier in the morning before the heat.
Cleared glow sticks and flagging on the lower part of the Millcreek 50K course. Based on the part I ran this is one tough course, hit Granduer peak about 8:00 am, great view up there. I'm still sore from the Des News.
Ran from the state capitol up behind Ensign Peak. Came back on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail to City Creek. I love that trail. Feeling pretty slow except the last mile or so.
